Biography: Nero was a member of the pureblood Noctis family. He showned much skill at the age of 5 and joined Hogwarts at age 11. He joined the Slytherin house and brought great honor to the house helping them win the House Cup for a few years. After graduation he began to study dark magic and he killed many as he studied the 3 unforgiveable curses. This led to him going to Azkaban but he was released by the Dark Lord and has served him ever since.
Personality : Nero is slighty mad and some can call him insane. He acts mentally unstable at times and sometimes he can act adult like but he can be childish. He is extremely sarcastic.
